Christian Vietoris hits the track

Christian Vietoris was back at the wheel of his Mücke-Motorpsort Dallara-Mercedes at Estoril and Valencia, preparing along with his rivals for the F3 Euroseries which he will be contesting this season.

“After four months out of the cockpit it felt good to be back in the car,” enthused the young German. “Renewing my allegiance with Mücke Motorsport guarantees the best chances of success as the team and I are well acquainted and we all speak the same language. I’m starting this year with a new race engineer and we still require a little time to optimize our working relationship. We accomplished a great deal of work during testing, focusing mainly on consistency and setting up the car in race trim, rather than going for sheer qualifying speed. I was easily in the top 10 in Valencia without using a fresh set of tyres which we are saving for future testing on Euroseries tracks. Overall, I’m satisfied with where we currently stand and look forwarding to fulfilling my ambitions this year.”
